On one hand there is the mission and strategy of a company, on the other: needs and necessities of the staff. Reconciliation of these two elements is key to an organization’s development, and it can be very challenging. People, people and once again, people – this is the most important part of my job, and only thanks to people can a company achieve success.
In my free time, for a change – people – my wife and two children, and in the evenings, Scandinavian thrillers – another thing revolving around human relations.
